About this deal

Aqua Dragons have been living in the sea and in salty lakes on the earth for millions of years including while dinosaurs roamed the Earth! I kept the tank going for a further week just in case they were hiding, aerating the tank every now and then, but alas, our dragons had ceased to be. They were ex-aqua dragons. RIP little buddies. To turn the LED light on there’s a little switch in the base. You’ll need to put in 2 AAA batteries (not included) to make the light work. Aqua Dragons are fun for kids, and animal lovers who will choose the exact moment they will bring to life their beloved pets!

Don’t add any food to the tank until the day after you see the first Aqua Dragons hatching. That’s usually around 48-72 hours after setting up your tank. Aqua Dragons are known for their hardiness and ability to adapt to different environments, but it's still important to be mindful of their health and provide them with proper care to ensure they live a healthy and happy life. Proper feeding, and maintaining a consistent temperature are all important factors in maintaining the health of your Aqua Dragons. While you’re waiting for your Aqua Dragons to hatch, make sure the water remains at the correct temperature (17-30 °C) and the tank gets plenty of natural light.

Grow your own live aquatic pets

It’s important not to overfeed your Aqua Dragons. How often to feed them depends on the number of Aqua Dragons there are and how much food there is remaining in the tank.

They eat, swim, fight, reproduce, lay eggs or they give birth to their babies and much more… They have a lot of different ways of behaving, you can see what they do and what it means in the diagram below: The light was a nice addition; it could be used as a nightlight in an older and more trustworthy child’s room, although you can’t really replace the batteries with ease once it’s filled so I’d be nervous about leaving the light on too much. Aqua Dragons have been living in the sea and in salty lakes on the earth for millions of years including while dinosaurs roamed the Earth! It’s impossible to say for sure, but they certainly might! If you see two adults swimming while joined together, then they are mating. The male is below and grasps the female with some antenna-like protrusions that sprout from his head. They may stay like that for a few days. The eggs are too small to see, but you may notice the new baby Aqua Dragons appear. Don’t worry, the adult Aqua Dragons won’t eat them! Aqua Dragons only eat algae. Proper feeding is essential for the health of your Aqua Dragons. Feed them small portions of Aqua Dragons food every 2-3 days. Overfeeding can result in poor water quality and can harm your Aqua Dragons. It's also important to make sure the water in their habitat is not too cold, as this can slow down their metabolism and affect their ability to digest food.Hatching and growing Aqua Dragons helps children learn important values like caring for a living being, being responsible by remembering to feed and care for them, and treating live animals with respect. The project is also highly educational in terms of science, anatomy, biology, marine biology and even history and geography where our activity and instruction booklet covers all these areas in an enjoyable way. Aqua Dragons are not actually toys, they are sold in toy shops as a science project for children and adults. Aqua Dragons grow into real creatures so should be taken care of as pets.
