As vivid memories rush back of another tragic death on the farm some years ago, a toxic secret is set to come to the surface, one that has been simmering for decades . Michigan is surrounded by four of the Great Lakes, Lake Michigan being the closest to Traverse City. But authors need to realise that most middle-aged women are far too exhausted to cope with a job, a husband *and* a boyfriend! Though we’ve had our hard times, certain phrases ring true: my parents always “wanted the best for me,” and they absolutely “made me who I am today. I hated one of the characters so much and there was one particular scene where I felt so much emotion reading it that I had to put the book down for a moment.

When the conversation turned to me, I usually told him about something I was reading or a fun fact about geography. Throughout my childhood, the Glezmans were a happy crew—always busy, always ready to help, and almost always together. Some time passed, longer than necessary to drop my brothers off and come back, but it was still daylight, so I wasn’t too worried. The book cover has no visible wear, and the dust jacket (if applicable) is included for hard covers. The town of Glenbeg is reeling from the shocking deaths of Jimmy and Ursula Kennedy, a well liked local farmer and his rather less popular entrepreneur wife.

Since then, the extended family nearby has grown so large that we can’t fit into a single house for our holiday gatherings. I knew if I acted the way he did when handling a little earthworm, I wouldn’t have heard the end of it. Clearly no contender for Mother of the Year, Ursula Kennedy also repeatedly broke her promises to her second son Robert and his wife Kate, whose marriage was on the verge of disintegration immediately prior to her and her husband's corpses being found in the slurry pit of the farm. Now that I’m older, I think about how lonely or sad that bully must have been to not have had anything better to do but make fun of somebody’s name. I believe this is a first offering from the author and I am glad it is doing so well, just get and editor next time.

They never wanted me to feel bad about needing money, but I began to understand that money can be a tough subject, especially when you need to think about it every day and with every purchase. Haha, Lizzie would be appalled if she read some of what passes for fiction these days… not to mention Darcy! My mom and dad, Sherri and Terry Glezman, are loving, dedicated people who live for their friends and family; they always made sure their three children’s lives were full of little adventures (and some bigger ones). I kept going because I was interested enough to see how it played out but sadly in the end felt it hadn’t really been worth the time invested. I’m definitely out of synch with contemporary crime fiction – it happens all the time that I’m heavily critical and then discover the book has thousands of enthusiastic fans!
